Planned launch policyPayments remain disabled. The owner must approve this customer-friendly refund promise before sales open.

Quick answer

  • Pro renews automatically for the interval chosen at checkout.
  • Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next charge.
  • Access normally continues to the end of the period already paid for.
  • The planned launch promise gives 14 days to request a refund of a first Pro payment.
  • Mandatory Cyprus and EU consumer rights always remain available.

1. Price and renewal

The planned customer totals are €6.99 per month or €49 per year, including any applicable VAT. Before payment, checkout will show the final total, included course, billing interval and next renewal date. A subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

2. Cancel the next renewal

The payer can cancel through the Stripe billing portal or email contact@bytesizenotes.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not normally end access immediately or refund the current period.

A cancellation confirmation will be shown or emailed. If a charge occurs after a confirmed timely cancellation, ByteSizeNotes will correct it.

3. Planned refund promise

  • First Pro payment: request within 14 calendar days for a full refund.
  • Accidental renewal: contact ByteSizeNotes within 7 calendar days. A full refund will normally be provided where Pro has not been materially used after renewal.
  • Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charge: report it promptly for investigation and correction.
  • Material service failure: an appropriate partial or full refund will be offered if a paid feature is unavailable for a significant part of the paid period.

This promise is additional to any withdrawal, conformity or refund right required by law. Checkout will obtain any acknowledgement legally required before immediate digital access begins.

4. How to request one

Email contact@bytesizenotes.com with the account email, transaction reference and a short explanation. Never send a full card number. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; the provider and bank determine when the money appears.

5. Cancellation and account deletion are separate

Deleting a learner profile does not automatically cancel a payer’s subscription. An active subscription should be cancelled first. After paid access ends, eligible profile and learning data can be erased while only the minimised billing records required by law are retained.

Payments are currently disabled, and test checkout never creates a real charge.
