Can students use the site without an account?

Yes. Anyone can read the four sample lessons. A Free account saves progress for included material; ByteSize Pro is required for the other released IGCSE lessons.

What is English School access?

An eligible student who verifies the exact @englishschool.ac.cy email domain receives all released IGCSE lessons, practice questions, progress and insights. AI-assisted written marking is not included unless that account also has Pro. This access rule does not claim a school partnership or endorsement.

Is the written feedback a final grade?

No. Longer responses may use Cloudflare AI to estimate which ByteSizeNotes scoring points are present. ByteSizeNotes checks the returned evidence and calculates the score, but the result can still be wrong. It is formative feedback, not an official grade; use teacher feedback as well.

Will Pro include AS Level?

ByteSize Pro currently covers the IGCSE course. AS Level is supported in the product structure, but its access and price will be shown separately once the material is ready.

How will renewal and cancellation work?

Pro will renew automatically monthly or annually until the payer cancels. Cancellation stops the next charge and access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are still disabled during this beta.

What is the planned refund policy?

The launch proposal gives 14 days to request a full refund of the first Pro payment, with separate protection for accidental renewals, duplicate charges and material service failures. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Who can purchase?

The payer must be 18 or over and authorised to use the payment method. The current direct student account is for learners aged 16 or over.
